Est. 2024; Located in Pasco County, Florida

Welcome to Hope Innovation District

The Hope Innovation District (the “District”) is a specially designated independent district established under Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes. Officially created by the Pasco County Board of County Commissioners through Ordinance No. 24-34, which took effect on August 9, 2024, the District  encompasses approximately 775.6 acres of land. It is strategically situated east of the Suncoast Parkway, south of Ridge Road, and west of Sunlake Boulevard.

Currently, the land within the District is developer-funded. However, the District holds the authority to levy assessments on properties within its boundaries to fund the construction, operation, and maintenance of essential public facilities and services. These assessments are reviewed and set annually by the District’s governing Board and are in addition to county and other local taxes. Additionally, the District may impose certain fees to support its infrastructure and services. Our mission is to ensure the sustainable growth and ongoing maintenance of community assets, enhancing the quality of life for all residents within the District.
